At Gigilioe, we aim to provide flexible and transparent purchase options for our valued customers. This policy outlines the terms for managing and canceling any recurring purchase options or subscriptions you may have with us, ensuring compliance with Google Merchant Center, Shopify Terms, GDPR, and CCPA.
Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewal
When you opt for a subscription or recurring purchase option with Gigilioe, you agree to an automatic renewal process. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the terms outlined below. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fees at the then-current rate.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase option at any time. To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your renewal date, your subscription may still renew for the upcoming cycle, and the cancellation will take effect from the subsequent cycle.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Gigilioe account and follow the cancellation instructions in your subscription management portal. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at support@giglioe.com for assistance.
No Minimum Commitment
Gigilioe offers flexible subscription options with no minimum commitment period. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, provided you adhere to the cancellation deadline specified above.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon successful cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. Please note that cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any charges already processed, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy for physical goods.
Changes to Subscription Terms
Gigilioe reserves the right to modify or update its subscription terms, pricing, or cancellation policy at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to our subscribers via the email address associated with your account.
